About returns and exchanges

If the product you purchased does not like it, we accept returned goods.
In addition, if you deliver products and defective products that differ from one order, we accept replacement or return. All shipping costs and fee for refund will be borne in our shop.


About return deadline
In our shop, within 7 days after arrival of the product, it is a supported period of support exchange.
Please feel free to contact us when you need to change the product size exchange, exchange with another product, and product return.
After returning, please contact our shop once, and fill out the required items in the back of the delivery statement, please fill in the required items and return it with the product.


In the following cases, product exchange and return support are not covered.

In the following cases, all commission exchange and returned shipping costs, and fees due to refunds will be borne in our shop.

2, product different from your order.
3, Delivered product size is greatly different from our product page notation.


About shipping at the time of return, and replacement
In the case of returned goods due to your convenience, all expenses such as shipping and fees will be borne by our customers.
In addition, when the return is returned, we asked by a way that the "refresh", such as TA-Q-ayu and Yu Pack, remain.
Also, please keep in mind that the invoice is always stored until all return procedures are over.

About money
The refund method depends on the settlement means.

Cash on delivery, bank transfer ... will be refunded by bank transfer.
Cash on delivery, non-bank transfer · · · Canceled by payment cancellation. (If payment is not possible, it will be refunded by bank transfer)

If it comes to refund in a settlement cancellation, we will cancel the total money including the shipping fee. In the case of returned goods in the customer convenience, it will be a form that pays only the shipping cost from our shop regardless of the purchase price, and the shipping fee will be paid by bank transfer. Please acknowledge it beforehand.

In the case of returned goods due to customer convenience, the refund amount is the amount of only products except shipping fee and cash on delivery fee.
After confirming that the product returned to our shop has arrived, it will take the return of return and refund procedure within one week.

In addition, if it is refunded by bank transfer with a return by customer's convenience, we will subtract 300 yen (excluding tax) as a transfer fee.
In addition, if our shop has made a shipping cost at the time of delivery, 700 yen (excluding tax) will be subtracted as shipping costs.

If you do in the following cases, I can not accept returned goods.

■ When using a product
It will not be eligible for returned goods at the time of use, regardless of the frequency.

■ If the product is dirty or damaged
If you have scratches, dirt, corruption, adhesion of smell, it will not be eligible for returned goods
As for shoes, please note that it will not be eligible for returned goods, even if the wrinkles are entered.

■ About the return of the product received as a gift
All of the return procedures are conducted with your orderer. Therefore, please contact your orderer from requests such as returns and refund processing for gifts.
